I’ve been meaning to come here for months and it was so delicious. So fresh as well, I would love to come back as soon as I can. I came with my dad and it was his first banh mi sandwhich and now he’s obsessed too! I can’t wait to try their other meal options. This was delicious, I hope you guys continue to do well because you deserve it! So kind and hardworking, I will definitely be returning.

S-tier, surreal flavor, elite bahn mi. Vermicelli bowls are also incredibly fresh and delicious. All proteins here are just so good. Thang, the owner, holds it down guiding the cuisine in this new local staple.

Takeout. A Banh Mi (pork) and the fresh shrimp rolls. The sandwich was a 5 star! The rolls were good and fresh, maybe a 4 because mostly iceberg lettuce and not terribly unique.

We love it here. Great meals at a good price. Very easy to call in an order for pick up. Our go to carry out spot, though the decor to eat there is simple and bright.

Great food, such a cute atmosphere, we loved every part of Lotus Pepper! We tried the noodles and sandwich and two of the teas and everything was excellent and not overpriced! Plus staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations! New favorite stop on Hope st!

If you’re for some reason on the fence about stopping in, I’ll save you the mental effort of a decision—just do it! The staff are kind, the food is incredible, and the atmosphere inside is peaceful. This place never misses.

Wonderful new Vietnamese spot on Hope Street! We stopped in on a Friday afternoon and tried the Shrimp Spring Rolls and the Vermicelli bowl with lemongrass chicken. The food was fantastic, light and super flavorful. The ambiance is awesome with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Pro tip- try the hot sauce next to the water dispenser!
